Intervention : There are two programs per year. It contains 40 members in the groups. The duration of this course is 6 months. Such as :

•  Water Harvesting Training

•  Irrigation Techniques

•  Water Resources Identification

•  Desilting Techniques

•  Soil conservation Techniques

Watershed Management at Kotagiri

Intervention : The estate is well maintained, and full use is made of the land available. 8 daily and 3 monthly wage workers (cooks, gardener and 1 permanent employee (driver). The aim of the community is to create a model farm for both KCC students & SHGs and to present the advantages of organic farming and the possibilities open for entrepreneurship. The cultivation done is organic in nature. Efforts are made to keep the campus clean and green.
